He would like for Khan to beat all of the top fighters in his division and then move up to welterweight for what might be a major fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr. [Click Here To Read More]
Oh the "CHAMPION" is ready to clear out the division huh? Why did he duck Maidana in the first place? Khan beats a feather fisted Malignaggi and now he's this great champion? That pathetic strap he holds does not make him a champion. Khans only got one good name on his resume, and that's a fighter that has no power. I do give it to him for outclassing Malignaggi, but there's nothing before that. He's still an up and comer. He has some potential to become a really good fighter as long as he ignores everyone whispering in his ears, and tucks that chin.

There's nothing wrong with having big plans for ur talented fighter, but anything Roach says now just aggrevates me.

Also, from the mouth of the trainer who said noone will dictate to him what his fighter agrees to, he's playing matchmaker with other fighters now. Also, Khan has a fight this summer and prolly at the end of the year MAYBE against Madonnna....now, after Floyd fights Manny (more than likely Martinez) in November he really has nothing left to fight for....long as his money straight. So why wait for Khan who is not even a star yet. Also, Khan himself wants to fight everyone on the down slide....coward just like his matchmaking trainer.

your kidding right? khan would get ktfo. khan is a fast boxer but he has no power. he also has balance issues when he punches. floyd would capitalize on these mistakes. but later for floyd vs khan. khan wont get pass alexander or bradley. thats why roach wants them to fight each other. hes not saying we can beat them both. and khan is no where near the skill set of DLH. youve been drinking the roach cool aid.

im not drinking the kool aid you should read my other posts i would predict alexander and maidana over khan but khan over bradley khan does have weaknesses not great foot work bad head movement and a questionable chin. when oscar used the jab he gave floyd trouble but stopped throwing it he was old and out of prime he only beat oscar by 1 round. if floyd stands in front of khan like he did mosley khans hand speed reach will give him problems. mayweather couldnt knock out a fat short marquez and hasnt hurt anybody since he moved up to welterweight i dont see him hurting khan it will be a competitive fight imo

This was quite a thread indeed. Is this because Roach thinks Pac might lose? lets think about it, Pac is a brawler, not a boxer. Khan however is a Boxer, is a pure boxer like FMJ? as of now, no but damn is he on his way. Ill say this though, if FMJ is still around in 2 years or less, expect either Bradley,Khan or Alexander to face him. believe that.

This would be a good fight for both fighters and boxing.

Floyd vs. Khan in the UK. Both guys have a lot of fans in the UK and they can sell millions of PPVs.

Why would the fight be in the UK?

US is the only logically venue for this fight, Its not like one of them has been banned from boxing in the US like Ali and so has to go fight in Manilla or Africa/UK.

Besides Floyd wont fight anywhere other than MGM Grand Vegas. I dont see this fight happening.
