you dont like that he fought marquez? who did you want him to fight when he came back to the sport? pac was booked for a fight with hatton. tell me who you wanted him to face aside from marquez who was 2-3 p4p then granted I agree he has no business at welter. truth is there was no one legit to fight at that time. This is the same pass I give to pac for fighting clottey who just lost to cotto...he took the best opponent possible and handled his business so now on to bigger and better things. hopefully the megafight happens.

Just because you are fighting a pound for pound fighter doesn't mean its a legit fight. What if Floyd was in the era of Ali, who was also a top P4P fighter. Would he have to fight Ali?

My point was, Floyd keeps on rattling about drugs gives a boxer a clear advantage that can clearly ruin another boxer. While I agree with that statement, I believe fighting a boxer who was one fight away from being a 130lbs fighter as taking advantage that could have ruined Marquez. Fortunately, Marquez's style is to be safe and Floyd's style is to not go for the big punch. So that saved Marquez.

Who should Floyd have fought then? Maybe a true WW? Was that too much to ask for?

a true ww like who....marquez really wanted to fight floyd not the other way around and he granted his wish. mosley would have been the best fight but as we can see now not much of a fight either. floyd not fighting mosley or cotto when he came back really helped both him and pac because had he whooped cotto pac would not have had anyone to fight in november and had he beat mosley , on may 1st he would have been facing like campbell or berto. everything worked out perfectly for the megafight, why are you bringing up extra stuff, floyd would agree to this for sure I just hope he will agree to 14 days and make the fight. I dont think pac is juicing but didnt like his excuses either so for me as a fan these drug tests will prove the top 2 fighters in the sport are clean.

actually he does whats smart and what gives you a chance to recover and win. you gotta be ****** to not hold and take your time if you get stunned a little bit because your opponent will be looking to finisgh you off and you gotta not let him do it whatever it takes. Im not sure if floyd would hit the canvas if he didnt hit mosley's arm, possibly. no shame tho because most welters would get knocked out cold by that punch.
