Gamboa is a bit unproven thus far but he has the talent and is on his way.

I should've clarified my criteria.

It's these two added together:

1. Dominance

2. Overall impact on the sport


So while Wlad may have been slightly more dominant than either Pac or Mayweather in recent fights, they have made the bigger impact but were dominant as well themselves.
