We can almost see how this is gonna play out. Pac agrees to 14-day cutoff then Floyd will be announcing that he's taking at least a one-year break from the sport.

“That totally misses the point,” Tygart said of the reaction some may have upon hearing of Pacquiao’s concession and the timing of Mayweather’s last blood test. “If you know you aren’t going to be tested within the last 14 days, you can cheat and get away with it. It is our right to test at any time, 30 days before the fight, 20 days before, the week of, the morning of – that provides the deterrent. If you block out a period of time and say we can’t test during that period, then an athlete could cheat and get away with it.”

    Read it and understand it...

then why even offer the 14 days in the first place. why not stick with the no test, no cut off, no fight from the beginning? this makes floyd look bad if you ask me.

This is what confusing you guys...Had Manny agreed to go along with the test without having to know the stoppage of it, Floyd wouldn't ask for a cutoff date.. Who knows when they would stop testing them had Manny agreed to go with it? The point is, they can test these fighters the day of the fight, the day before, the week, 5 days, 10, days, 20 days, 30 days, but they can do that without giving the fighters any thoughts of when they'll stop it..But when you give out your own specific stoppage date, it make the test useless..It doesn't matter how big window of opportunity they left for Floyd and Mosley to cheat, but the fact that they did that give other athletes the mindset that they can cheat the system with that window of opportunity, but that's not gonna happen..

Honestly, what good does 14 days of HGH or PED's do anyways.. Be serious now.. If Pac were to take PED's after the 14 day what good would that even do.. The body isnt going to become superior in that matter of time and yet their is the after fight test that would need to be taken..

Come on haters, ask yourself why the hell would Pac even risk taking PED's after the 14 day cut off knowing he is going to be tested after the fight.. That would just be PLAIN STOOPID if he did..

Isnt the whole fiasco finding out if Pac is on PED's. He commits to the test which states he is going to clear his name... Even with a 14day cutoff, what good will PED's do after the 14 day cutoff, SERIOUSLY.. And it would be PLAIN ****** on Team Pacs part if they took that risk knowing that their going to be tested after the fight... Common sense..
