you educate the writer of the article not *******s who are rejoicing, who said the first round victory for pac.

anyway, just check it out: whose motion is dismissed and who is granted. u may say *******s are too dumb to rejoice this early. the fact that dlh's appeal for motion to dismiss the case is denied means pac's case has something to consider with the fact that pac's motion is granted.

in other words, there is a case. and gbp's claimed opinion needs to be weigh if its libelous or not.

"De La Hoya and Schaeffer filed an Anti Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation (SLAPP) motion and motion to dismiss the $5-million defamation suit Pacquiao filed against them.

At the same time, Judge Hicks granted Pacquiao’s ex-parte motion to conduct “limited discovery and modified briefing schedule" for defendants De La Hoya (Golden Boy Promotions owner) and Schaefer (Golden Boy’s chief executive officer)."

LOL. He's just pissed because he knows that pac has a real chance in the case to win.

Or it could become the noose to hang around the mayweathers and gbp camps...
You do know it was fabricated eh?
I for one would love to see how this court battle would play out.

Motion was already denied. Now let's hear the coming disposition.

hahaha, right. oscar said that he is just expressing his opinion, and not actually accusing pac. now, if oscar's motioned is denied, then that opinion could be libelous. the judge wouldnt deny it if it has no weight to consider the case, unless the judge is a *******.
