Yes in 2003 he won Gold in the junior Olympics

2004 the only UK entrance to the boxing in the real Olympics and gets a silver.

Interesting to see him talk about him being mediocre and then come back and picking things up. Maybe when he see the Benevidez sparring video it was one of those circumstances if it's true
