It's nothing to do with Khan being Pac's sparring. Amir Khan is British so *****'s(aka americans) will discredit his every win.

Paulie Malignaggi was in his prime and coming of his best win of his entire career.

I'm sure that the fact that he's trained by Roach/Ariza and is a supporter of Pac has something to do with their hatred towards him...

That said age isn't always relevant to being shot. Check out Bernard Hopkins and Fernando Vargas for proof.

I think it has more to do with the fact that Mosley never took a beating like Malignaggi did against Khan. I don't think Paulie is "shot" but I do think this loss crushed his mentality.

Your age and being shot don't always go hand in hand. Some fighters are done by 30, others are fighting at a high level into their mid to late 30's. That said, Paulie isn't shot.
