18 days is not a Cut off!!

What do people not understand. It wasnt a cut off date. ITS RANDOM TESTING!! The USDA just decided to stop doing blood test at 18-19 days. The fighters did not know that. Both camps were still thinking they could walk in any day and test the fighters.

Please try to understand. Knowing now that the blood testing stoped at 18-19 days means nothing. Because during the training camps they have no idea when they are going to stop testing.

Arum is just trying hard to find excuses out of the fight.A random test is a random test.Why does Pacquiao need a cut off for if he is not juicing?I dont buy his ****** excuses of suspersticion and getting weakened

have to remember thoe he did agree to taking test he did not have to. even if it isnt up to mayweathers standards.
