It was not a cut off. Its random testing. The USDA just decided not to do anymore blood test after 18-19 days. The fighters had no idea when they would stop doing blood test. Letting Pacquiao know exactly when blood testing will stop gives him a advantage. What do people not understand about it. The statement is dumb.
Im not saying agreeing up to 14 days is bad but Bob Arums statement does not help the matter in anyway (if you do not agree please reread what I said.)
By the way Mayweather fans.. remember pacquiao is still agreeing to something he does not have to do wether its only 1 blood test or complete random test up to the fight.
