Bradley slams Khan, confirms Abregu date.

"Khan knows that me or Devon knock him off easy, so he's trying to eliminate one of us instead of wanting to fight us both. Naw, that's not how it's going to go boss. You're not running nothing at all. You got an L on your record, so you need to shut

GL: What's the latest and greatest and what can you tell us about your welterweight debut? "I'm going to be fighting Carlos Abregu, who is a dangerous puncher. He's not well known yet in the US, but we feel this is a good fight for me to make my debut at 147 pounds and give me a different avenue and another look for the boxing fans to see that I'm willing to move up in weight as well. I want to see how well I can do. It's a different weight and a different punch, so we're going to find out I can take a punch at 147. I'm excited about the fight. I just found out that it's not going to be in my hometown. The fight doesn't have a venue yet, but it's going to be Vegas, LA or somewhere in that vicinity. It doesn't matter where the fight is going, I'm just excited to get back in the ring. I've been out since December and I feel like a lot of attention has been getting drawn away from my big win over Lamont (Peterson). Things have been at a standstill for a little while and now it's time to get it all back on track."

GL: Can you give us your thoughts on the 140 pound doubleheader on HBO last week?

Timothy Bradley: (makes a disgusted noise) "I thought Nate Campbell would have done better. I think with his A game he would have competed better, but Victor did what he was supposed to do. He used his movement and made Nate pick up his feet and made it very easy for himself. Cong**** to Victor Ortiz. Amir Khan, real tall and rangy. He looked exciting and he's an exciting fighter to watch, but he's not on my level yet. I think Devon (Alexander) would be a tougher fight than Amir Khan

GL: Is there anything you'd like to say in response to Kevin Cunningham's recent interview on **********?

TB: "Not really. He don't run my career. Amir Khan don't run my career. HBO don't run my career, I have handlers and we are going to make the right fights and I have the last say so, yes or no on the fight and that's it. I feel that Alexander is a great fighter, a helluva fighter. I think he's one of the top dogs at 140 and I would love to get in the ring with him, but it's just timing. I don't fight for pride, I fight for money and if the money ain't right then the fight ain't never going to happen. I think that both of us need to take our time and keep building to make it a mega-fight. I'm all in for the tournament, but it justs needs to be right money wise."

GL: Khan said he's in, Alexander says he's signs off on the tournament, do you sign off on it as well? Khan also suggested, during his post fight interview, that you and Devon fight, he fights Maidana or Marquez and the winners fight each other.

TB: "I'm willing to do that as well, but Khan needs to go ahead and stop running his mouth. I have a promoter and a manager and they can do their job for me. I have the last say so anyway. He needs to stop running his mouth about I need to fight Devon. He's saying that because he wants to knock off one of the two best so he knows he could be in the finals and he knows he could beat Marcos Maidana. Khan knows that me or Devon knock him off easy, so he's trying to eliminate one of us instead of wanting to fight us both. Naw, that's not how it's going to go boss. You're not running nothing at all. You already got an L on your record, so you need to sit down and shut up, stop trying to be a promoter and focus on your career."

GL: Everybody who reads ********** knows that you're willing to fight the best as long as the money is right. Can you give us a ballpark figure on what your opinion of right is for such fights?

TB: "It just to be right. I'm not going to give you a ballpark number on what is has to be, because then I'm selling myself short. It just has to be right across the board and it has to make sense for everybody on our team. This boxing game, I fought for pride at the beginning , but after I learned and with how the way the game is now, it's about money, feeding my family and I'm on top now so I need to get my just due. People need to understand that I'm not afraid of anybody. I want to fight Devon. You don't know how I'm constantly calling my manager and promoter telling them about how much I want to fight this kid. They're just telling me to be patient and it will come in due time. When I think about it, they are right. It will happen in due time and when it does, it will be a mega fight. All we have to do is keep winning and fans will be screaming for this fight."

GL: What do you plan on weighing for Abregu?

TB: "143, 144., 145. I don't think I'm going to be up there at 147, but I'm not sure yet. I haven't seen a tape of Abregu yet. Depending on his style and what I feel I can get away with, I'm going to do what needs to be done."

GL: Are you 100% sure that your welterweight debut doesn't turn into a welterweight campaign?

TB: "I'm 100% sure. I have alot of unfinished business at 140 and it's the hottest division in the game right now. I definitely want to finish business at 140, but if a big mega fight would come about, I would make that move up to 147 and face Manny or Floyd, or whoever they say pretty much. I'm just trying to open up another door and show the world what I can do at 147. I don't have to lose that 7 extra pounds so I think I'm going to be a lot stronger at 147."

    GL Closing thoughts?

TB: "As always I want to thank you and **********. I want to thank all of my fans out there for supporting me and backing me and I'm definitely looking forward to making my HBO debut on July 17 against Carlos Abregu."

Bradley is an arrogant little prick.

he tries to come off as a "nice guy" but you can tell he's fallen in love with himself.

Tim "Money" Bradley. Tim may be a great fighter and maybe the best guy in the division but he is walking a thin line with the fans. Right now Tim is not a household name and if he keeps acting up it will really hurt him in the long run. If he truly thinks he is the best he should prove it and then the money will come later.

Bradley's looking bad with his reluctance to sign off on the HBO tournament

shame too because I'd favor him to beat the other guys in it

Looking at all the respect Bradley has for Alexander, I can see exactly what Bradley is aiming for. Notice that Bradley kept saying "Khan knows me and Alexander would beat him, he doesn't want to face the both of us". As I said from the very start, Bradley wants him and Alexander to clean up the Jr WW division before they face off. Its really easy to see.
