    Here's a Lesson in Bob Arum 101

    How To make Pacquiao-Clottey successful?

Step 1. Open negotiation with the biggest star in the sport Floyd Mayweather, Jr.

Step 2. Manipulate a disaster to kill talks

Step 3. Quickly sign Pacquiao to another Top Rank opponent in hopes that the fervor and publicity of the failed negotiation with Big Star would increase revenue in a lesser fight with a lesser opponent.

Step 4. Following fight with lesser opponent, announce that the original terms of the fight with Mayweather are okay now, though they are no longer on the table.

Step 5. Mayweather Jr refuses because he already said in February negotiations will be different.

Step 6. Pac fights Margarito - cycle continues as planned.

Exactly all Arum doing is trying to use Floyd's name to build Pac up. They are planning to do the exact same method to make the Margarito fight.
