Base on your post, it seems like you're the one who doesn't want the fight to happen. 14 days is what Floyd had demanded, Pac agress to it, eventhough he didn't have to. Now if Fraud doesn't accept, then it's him to blame.

That was 3 months ago and the same offer wasn't good enough for Manny and his team, but now they want the same offer when the offer is not on the table.

I'm okay with 14 days, but still, why can't Manny just accept the standard USADA protocol? It turns out it's highly improbable that he gets blood withdrawn close to the fight anyway!
