I'm fine with that offer expiring, just like I'm fine with 50-50 no longer being on the table. Floyd and Shane took the tests up until the fight, and it works. Nobody was weakened. Floyd tried to bend to Manny before, but after successfully utilizing testing, I see no reason to do so now. And we all know what would happen if Manny wins. There would be chatter about the 14 day window, rightfully or not. I don't think there should be a cut-off, but maybe Floyd goes for it. Whatever.
