Okay, I checked up on the statement which mentioned the 5 day cut-off and it would appear to be a supposed statement, not an actual one.

I've so much given up on the fight and the negotiations, that the authenticity of what I do pick up on doesn't even register anymore.



I'll just restate that I think Pacquiao need to clear his name at this point - who started this is all irrelevant, what's pressing is that the public half-perception of su****ion over Pacquiao, one of the sport's 2 prize assets, is making boxing look bad.

Take the tests with as small a cut-off window as possible, 14 days is not satisfactory at this stage of proceeedings.

that's not how negotiations work....phase 1 carries over in the public's opinion and that is a fact. in order for phase 2 to really take effect, there needs to be a substantial shift on one of the parties' situation (like one of them lost a fight or something).

the variables are still the same. 1) both have huge $ leverage
2) boxing still does not require OST. 3) both are still consideredt to be the best boxer on the planet 4) public is still demanding the fight

You couldnt go back a month later and go " o actually can i take that offer".

The FBI retract the offer and give the a revamped worse version of the offer.
