not an excuse mak. this isn't the first time this has come out, it's not "all of a sudden."

bottom line is, mayweather stated that if his mosley fight did better numbers than manny's fight did, he would request testing "up until the fight," and he would request a "bigger split."


this has been said already, a long time ago, so it's not an excuse. instead of acting surprised, you pacquiao fans need to ask, why the 14-day deal is all of a sudden good now, when it was a deal-breaker 4 months ago for top rank? that's the question.
