pleasee thast b.s floyd didnt kill the fight he agree to everything of manny accept the testing.

He didn't agree to the 24 day cut-off and that's why the fight didn't happen.

Regarding the rest of your comments, Weinstein didn't make any statement about what had happened during the negotiations. He just criticised Arum for talking about it, in breach of a gagging order.

i want the fight to happen but a cut off date is not needed. he was fine after he gave blood to ahtton he was fine after he gave blood to clottey and was killing his sparring partners the next day according to ariza and roach so its been show blood test isnt going to kill him. they only did 4 blood test with mayweather and mosley and 8 random urine. remember one of those blood test came right after the fight so 3 random blood test in a 2months time before a fight isnt going to kill you. his actions have been very suspect you must admit, dosnt make him guilty at all i think it has more to deal with his team poor management.

answer this for me, yes or no, did manny and roach say they agree to random testing up until the fight and they said we accepted it but floyd wil come up with another excuse to get out of the fight. your answer should be yes because theirs a video of it as well as articles
so next question yes or no if you agree to it then change your mind after you get what you want isnt that wrong?

yes or no, after floyd didnt get what he want did he not push his window from 2days,3days, to 7days then down the middle to 14days.

yes or no did manny only change his 30day cut off to 24days after the hatton video surface showing he gave blood 24days before the fight.

This is nothing but a PR move people. Mayweather said after in the postfight interview of the Mosley fight that Pac would have to submit to the USADA testing program. That program doesn't consist of any cutoff date. And I believe during the Mayweather-Mosley promotion that he said there would be no cutoff in the future. Pac agreeing to 14 days, after Mayweather has said that won't be acceptable is basically meaningless. Its just another way to get the mass public back on Pac's end of the debate. Mayweather will take a PR hit if he doesn't accept, but so what. He took a PR hit for not fighting Mosley. Then, he took another one for beating his ass. So at this point, PR hits are irrelevant when it comes to Money May. No USADA testing, no fight. Its simple.

BTW, why didn't Pac accept this back in Jan when it was the proposal on the table? Does no one find it at all curious that its acceptable now that Mayweather has clearly said he would no longer accept this?

but he hasnt agree to floyd demand. floyd new demand as of december when they rejected the 14day cut off he said all the way up to the fight so he didnt agree to mayweather demand, he agreed to an old demand like 6months ago that dosnt exist anymore , i want the fight to happen but not cut off day is needed

No, Pacquiao said nothing of the sort.

Roach wasn't even in the negotiations. Roach talks a lot of **** and frequently contradicts himself. And he is not Pacquiao's spokesman. What Roach said is irrelevant.
