RJJ's chin definitely folded when it was serously tested but I think it was more a case of him being a small boned middleweight fighting light heavyweights.Comment

How? Because he's been hit about three times during his whole career. One was a knockdown against a nobody and both other times resulted in light's out. That's how.Originally posted by rizwhere did RJJ hav a bad chin... gets KD 3 times in his whole career. first againt levalle, a straight left, fine gets up and wins the fight.... tarver and johnson late in his career.
so how does he hav a week chin?Comment

Roy Jones was almost untouchable for most of his career, so it was always a mystery what kind of chin he had.Originally posted by rizwhere did RJJ hav a bad chin... gets KD 3 times in his whole career. first againt levalle, a straight left, fine gets up and wins the fight.... tarver and johnson late in his career.

He's been hit flush about 5 times total in his entire career.
And he was KTFO twice (Tarver & Johnson)& KD by De Valle.
That doesn't exactly give the impression of granite now does it?Comment

same with lewis, the times he has been really 'stuck' were vs McCall and Hasim, he was hurt both times, yet he isnt on the listOriginally posted by Joey Joe Joe Jnr ShabadooRoy Jones was almost untouchable for most of his career, so it was always a mystery what kind of chin he had.

Augie Sanchez had a pretty damn weak chin... but Michael Grant may be slightly worse.
Anybody who got KO'd by Paul Spadafora should definitely win this award hands down.Comment

Yeah he and George Foreman were equally glass jawed.dempsey broke 2-3 ribs, cracked a bunch of teeth, kd him like 8 times in the first roundComment

not to mention knocked out cold by an 82 year old george foreman...Originally posted by NiGe2011I think the weakest chin has to go to Michael Grant. That dude has been dropped more times then I can count! Went down on the first punch against McCline, got dropped by Lennox, Golota, Guinn, etc... Big frame, nice punch, decent skills, but absolutely no damn chin!
he'd be my choice too.Comment
