Because Americans, and maybe even themselves or at least one of them, don't want to see them beat the **** out of each other and then leave what's left for the Foreigners.

How much was left of Holyfield and Bowe after they got done with each other?

Easy thing to do is to take match up USA vs. World.

Or better yet, get the best fighters and do a raffle. Whatever match-ups pop out, so be it.

They should be build up more for at least 1 year before they fight.

Its funny you should mention that since I dont know how Pac came up through the ranks and never fought either of these guys. Alexander has beaten bradley before in the amateurs so who knows what advantage that plays out to, but it usually happens again in the pros like mosley and forrest and tarver and jones but once again who knows. Maybe bradley is being smart and taking a lesson from Floyd and stop fighting for respect and start fighting for checks. I would hope all boxers learn this lesson and maximize there resources and have something to live on when they retire besides slurred speech, aching hands and headaches.

I just dont think they are in a point in their career were they can do that. Neither of them have a huge fan following. Maybe down the road if they remain on top
