...to go ahead and participate in the random drug testing in the lead up to a mega-fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr, will the members of this site and the sport "public", not just boxing fans in general, get off his back and stop hating? Or will, as I think, there be a concerted effort to find something else to bag on Manny about?

I do consider myself a Pacquiao fan and I LOVE the sport of boxing and I am a fan of Floyd Mayweather's pure boxing ability. I am not a "*******" or a "*****" or whatever new nickname comes up. It's just that once the taboo words performance enhancing drugs or steroids is attached to a sports figure, even if it's untrue, that stigma stays with that person and instead of talking about the sport and the athletes accomplishments, it turns into a huge "what if" scenario.Comment
