So if they agree to the test then there should not be a cutoff date. Thats why it is called random drug testing. I commend Mayweather for even asking for it because even if he is scared (which i doubt it) he will be submitted to the same stringent testing. Look man its a blood test and being that its random makes it more interesting. Mayweather is trying to do something different and you can only applaud him for that. Mayweather already said there will be no-cut off date, Pacquiao already had the chance to do that and he didnt take it. And he isnt going to get a 50-50 split either.
