He retired when he couldn't get a Nevada State license. He still could fight in a number of states though like Rhode Island, Michigan, Arkansas and even Puerto Rico.

He works for the New York State Senate now as a Liason. Don't know exactly what he does but he makes good money.

Today he actually introduced Hasim Rahman at a presser for his upcoming Niagara Falls fight.

I am glad he retired, once a top heavyweight, he was really risking serious injury. At least now his grandchildren understand him some day as he tells them stories of how he was once a top contender and retired undefeated.

That is cool on one end,but i would have liked to see him get at least one shot in his prime i considered him a very good hw contender i guess we will never know what could have been.
