So, the logical step would be a step back from that for a couple of fights, then get back to that level of a Cintron or a Lujan. After that, he's gotta set up that first big fight. Maybe against a Angulo or a Vanes Martirosyan to see who's ready for the Paul Williams and Sergio Martinez' of the world.

I keep hearing that he got all the way up to 180 while he was locked up, So it will take some work to get down. Im also hearing from coaches here in Austin that he might not even go back to Ann Wolfe, Golden Boy wants to put him in a better environment. Theres rumors of him going to Wild Card.

Don't expect Kirkland to living up to his potential til the end of 2011. He is under house arrest for the rest of the year and it will take him awhile to get back into shape. Anyways as soon as he gets out I'm going to sell him a handgun.
