What happened to Ricky Hatton's comeback???

I remember i was watching this one vid where he was as fat as ever hitting the punching bag and had a sauna suit on and was training for a fight down the road

Then i see him at the mayweather/mosley weigh in still as overweight as ever

And now i hear he just enjoying life right now and doesnt have the hunger

    WTF?!?!?!

I can't see him coming back myself. He must weigh at least 200lbs by now. Shame really as his fights were exciting.

To much food and beer probably. He can't be effective above 140 and if he can't get down to that he shouldn't fight. It's not like he has money problems so maybe he feels he is done with fighting.

One second he was pumped up to return, and now he's happy to be retired. He was mix feelings about boxing. Nevertheless, I hope he stays retired. He was taken to much punishment in his career, and he only lost to the best. His only losses come at the hands of the p4p 1 fighters, and hall of fame All time greats. There is no shame in that. He made tons of money in the process. If he comes back these young, ferocious, beastly up and comers will send his ass back to retirement. I wish Ricky nothing but the best, and may one day he come bless us upon the west.

after seeing khan's performance last saturday, ricky decided to retire for good. (would've been a good money fight)

Hatton is still undecided about a comeback, he says it's unwise for a boxer to return when the genuine hunger to fight is not there so he's waiting until it is (if it ever does return).

He couldn't get the weight off and has put the comeback off for now.

Let's just hope he doesn't come back. Although he's still young enough where he could basically take as much time as he wants before he comes back. I guess he's enjoying the beer and food a little too much.
