Pernell Whitaker? Julio Cesar Chavez? Hector Camacho? Genaro Hernandez? Oscar de la Hoya was already a lock to be inducted into the Hall of Fame before he turned 25.Comment

You are correct. I don't think anyone can despise Oscar's ***ggot ass more than myself. However, that mu****a is a HOF fighter, just not an ATG. But you are 100% right, Oscar is a fraud of epic proportions.Comment

The HoF isn't that hard to get into. Even a guy like Zab Judah might have a shot at getting in, though he obviously isn't a sure thing. I would be very surprised if less than 5 of the opponents on Mayweather's resume make it into the IBHOF.
Mayweather's Resume:
Obvious First Ballot Hall of Famers:
Oscar de la Hoya
Juan Manuel Marquez
Shane Mosley
Likely Hall of Famers:
Genaro Hernandez
Diego Corrales
Jose Luis Castillo
Arturo Gatti (only because of popularity)
Ricky Hatton
Champions (WBC/WBA/IBF/WBO):
Gregario Vagas
Carlos Hernandez
Jesus Chavez (WBC champion at 130, IBF champion at 135)
DeMarcus Corley
Sharmba Mitchell
Zab Judah (2-time 140 champion, lineal 147 champion)
Carlos Baldomir (lineal champion)
Contenders w/out a major (WBC/WBA/IBF/WBO) title:
Angel Manfredy
Carlos Alberto Ramon Rios
Justin Juuko
Carlos Gerena
Emanuel Augustus
Victoriano Sosa
Philip N'dou

100 percent correct. A lot of people assume only the greatest fighters get in the HOF. If you look at all of the fighters in it you can see that's not the case. The HoF isn't that hard to get into.
