Chicken Flyod is scared of Pac and if they ever fight Flyod wants to even the playing field, that means to blood test Pac so Flyod will get a mental or even physical advantage since its DLH/Mayweathers are paying the OST!!!

JMM supposedly gave Pac all he could handle at lower weights, so asking a third time, why wasn't JMM tested when he came up in weight.

Why weren't the undercards of Floyd's fights tested the night he fought Mosley.

It's nothing to do with cleaning up the sport, or he could have easily said I don't fight unless EVERYONE is tested on my fight card.
