  • Did Paulie Malignaggi's Lost To Amir Khan Change His Stance On Steroid/Pacman/Roach?

We all know Paulie has been vocal about accusing Manny of PED, which pretty much insulted not only Manny but Roach/Ariza. Paulie also went on to have some words for Khan as well.

Khan said he was going to make Paulie pay for what he said about his training partner, head trainer, and strength and conditioning coach.

After the fight was called off, Paulie walked up to Khan and congratulated him with a smile on his face. Paulie and Khan showed good sportsmanship and embraced each other with kind words.

But Paulie also walked up to Alex Ariza and said something to him with a smile on his face. Alex Ariza had a plain look on his face and didn't say anything in return, but looked like Alex Ariza acknowledged him with a head nod.

Then Paulie walked up to Freddie Roach and said something to him with a smile on his face. Freddie Roach had a smile on his face as well and said something in return.

I don't know what Paulie exactly said, but judging by his facial expression, body language, and his post fight interview. I think it's safe to say he probably embraced them and had kind words for them.

My thing is this I don't care if I lost to a fighter, if I believe the fighter's head trainer and strength and conditioning coach is supplying fighters with PED, why would you embraced them? Even if one of his fighters dominated you, why would you embrace a cheater?

Paulie could have just congratulated Khan and did the post fight interview and moved on.

Did Paulie have a change of heart?

nahh paulie only said that crap before just to hype up the fight. This is why i never believe what any boxer says leading up to a fight. I mean, Paulie was saying he hated Amir sooo much and then hes there hugging him like their best mates. I hate how they try trick us fans in to actually believing that pre match hype, most know its nothing but crap!

Yeah, but the whole pac steroid thing he was not just talking trash. I think he truly believes what he says.

My thing is if he believes pac is on steroids and roach/ariza is the people supplying him, why did he even embrace them after the fight.

No matter if he lost to Khan, how can he embrace who he believes are cheater enablers?

Paulie will probably never get another shot at a big fight.
