According to BS front page this guy tells us they need more time to get the deal done with Wladimir because they need to get the location and splits sorted out so he should move ahead and fight povetkin instead
Well Wladimir called out Haye on April 12th and just 1/2 days later Booth, on TV, said he was due to start negotiations - THAT THURSDAY - which was about 3/4 days later.
Are we to believe that negotiations which started one month and three days ago haven't even agreed a split yet? Really? And that they need more time?
Are they using carrier pigeons for their contract proposals?
Every single time Schaefer or Booth open their mouths (has anyone else even noticed how quiet Haye has been since the 12th?.....) all I hear/read is bull**** over and over.
More time to agree to terms my ass. I'm pretty sure Wlad is willing to waive alot of the 'issues' the Haye camp had in the past. It's pretty clear Wladimir is doing all he can for us - the boxing fans - and so that he can prove himself.
Everday that I hear another excuse I get more annoyed with camp Haye. Wladimir should confront him on his doorstep with UK reporters in tow; make that fraud take the fight by embarassing him in front of his home nation.
