I am in a way just to see what JMM has left. If he is a top level fighter he should easily win. If he struggles in any way then JMM shoud hang them up.

No this fight sucks. I've been calling for Kats/JMM since Kats beat Chavez. I still want to see it. Diaz rematch is a waste of time.

And Guerrero/Casa is not anything special either.

You're fucking kidding me??? Wtf i'm not buying that ****. Change of plans, one fucking mediocre fight for 50 bucks??? Okay if it was 2 I would have let my dad purchase it. Hell no i'm gonna tell him to buy Domino's chicken kickers, cheesy bread, cinna stix, ****ey buffalo wings, and large Pizza instead. Not worth 50 bucks, sorry Marquez not even Katsidis-Marquez is worth 50 dollars. Gtfo of here HBO fucking thiefs.

Diaz-Marquez was way better and more interesting coming in last year and that was free...there's no interest in this one and it's PPV. Luckily they are two Mexicans and i'm sure the Mexican fans will support it enough to at least make 400k PPV buys.

Marquez-Katsidis would be a great fight.

Not dropping a penny, but Yeah I'm a little interested. Crossroads fight. Loser is done. Should be a good fight, but a ripoff to put it on PPV. Diaz-Katsidis was a huge letdown when it happened, so I hope JMM beats him again and fights Katsidis next.

Marquez, as a professional athlete hoping to acheive as much as he can in his lifetime- in terms of esteem, respect, and money, probably has some very big dreams still.

Theoretically, having already been in the ring with both Mayweather and Pacquiao he's still in their league. It's understood Mayweather beat him quite decisvley, but most objective fans also know Juan Manuel was just being a tough bastard and moving up to a much higher weight than he's effective at, just for a shot at the best.

So, if Manny was to beat Floyd- what other possible opponent could he fight?

Well, if Pacquiao has a lot of pride and Marquez just oblierated Diaz- which is possible- he might stake the only teneous claim to Pacuqioa's crown.

If so, he'd get the biggest fight ever- battling for the third time a rival who just beat the best in the entire sport?

Marquez would be top dog in a way that shouldn't be possible at this stage in his career.

In that sense, I'm interested in this otherwise pointless fight with Baby Bull. I'm not sure Juan Diaz has anything left- and if he does, why fight Maruez? It's an awful match-up for him and its a mental flashback to ruin from the opening bell.

If Marquez was to simply devastate Diaz, though, I guess he'd still have some hope of fighting Manny.

I don't seen any of the above really happening. Just a scenario I could see Marquez looking towards...

Despite my above post I do agree with this is the most ludicrious PPV in ages. Sure, Marquez wants big money at this stage of his career and just had a big PPV with Mayweather, but he doesn't command a card by himself. ****, you can't make the rematch of a reasonably one-sided outcome a PPV when the first was on regular HBO.

It'd be like Floyd passing up a Pacquiao fight for a rematch of Ricky on PPV.
at 154. A fight that would sell due solely to its sheer ridiculousness. Hatton would have two chins.

Guaranteed that this fight will be more exciting than a few of the last HBO PPV's. I dont get you guys, when a fight is boring you guys are all bitching about how it was not exciting, but now you are bitching about a rematch of the 2009 Fight Of The Year. So both fighters moved up in weight classes where they dont belong and lost, now lets see how they can perform at their rightfull classes.

The scorecards were tight on the first fight and alot of people were on here talking about how Diaz was giving JMM a run for his money. This is a get back fight for both. Yea it would of been better for all of us on regular HBO. HBO didnt have the budget for this fight in the summer as they have already put out a fat spring schedule and still have a fall schedule to think about. They had also already out out a fat paycheck for World Championship Boxing on June 5th. Who ever will order it will order it, if you dont want to no one is forcing you to.
