Mayweather is a pure boxer which seems like the only thing you can agree with anyone right? So by your definition he can do everything?

Yet I've never seen him grind someone down like Duran or JCC would, I doubt if he fought that sort of fight he would win. Hopkins is a pure boxer, but he can't do what Roy Jones did in his prime. What about Willie Pep? I doubt he could fight the same way Sandy Saddler did and be effective.

Give me a proper definition of Pure Boxer because clearly most people have a different idea than yourself and the definition "one who can do it all" clearly isn't true. Some "pure" boxers simply don't have the athleticism to do "it all." Boxers fight the way they do because of their attributes and their surroundings.
