I think because Foreman isn't that well known, it seems an easy fight but he is a lot bigger than Cotto indeed,

I always say quality of anyhting else but size can be factor.

I dont think hes making a mistake here...he maybe knows that Foreman can be beat by Manny Ped so hes feeding Foreman a big name like Cotto to build up the fight and give Manny his eight title in a different weight class.
