There is no proof that Pacquiao is using PEDs.

There is only high speculation, su****ion, and probability.

    Hence, the request for OST.

If there was proof there would be no need for further testing because there would be nothing to prove.

There is a misconception that Mayweather and his fans have proof of Pacquiao using PEDs. That's not the case.

If I am a cop and I pull over a black man with no reason to believe he did anything wrong, I would be accused of racially profiling.

            This is no different.

The "probability" or "su****ion" you speak of is not grounded in anything other than the insane ramblings of a convicted drug trafficker who's in a position of moral hazard advocating for HIS OWN SON.

If this su****ion came from a person in an impartial position and had some authority or special knowledge on the subject, you might have a point.

But it came from a convicted drug trafficker who seems to want to protect his son and give him every possible advantage against a fighter he perceives to be a threat.

You're seeing this from a legal perspective, which has no merit when analyzed from a sports p.o.v.

Fellow boxers are citing concern or questioning this miraculous rise through the ranks, blowing away everyone. His power, stamina, and agility seem to have only increased, as he has gotten bigger, and older. Sure we can all get better if we train hard enough, but that's not the issue here. Is he a phenom? possible, I would know I was unnaturally strong as a teen (powerlifter)... but if others in the sport question it, then the nature of this game, which demands fairness and transparency in all obliges the players to stay clean and provide proof of it.

I wouldn't say he's gained that much weight. He still only come in during fight night in the low 140s.

Still could technically fight at 135 like other fighters who cut for weight.
