Khan needs to keep Maidana out with his jab and use his speed to land combos. But if Khan tries to work Maidana's body he's going to be vulnerable to counters.

Khan's going to have to be on his bike all night with Maidana. But what worries me the most is that Maidana hurts to the body too.

If Khan mixes up defence with offence - standing his ground when in the centre of the ring and backpedalling when Maidana starts to press the action - I see no reason as to why he shouldn't win.

We've seen how easy it can be to pop a fast one to floor Maidana (Ortiz doing so 3 times), so therefore with Khan's reach and speed he could make a real statement to the world by schooling this guy.

I'm actually pretty confident Khan can beat Maidana. As soon as the fight is made, I'd like Demise and Tunney to reinstate our bets which I've kept tucked away for a rainy day.

If Khan boxes smart and stay on the outside he beats Maidana easily. Maidana is not in Khans league skill wise, he only got a punchers chance.

The punch that travels the shortest distance and leads him less likely to get countered. Use height and reach and keep it long. Maidana won't be able to counter Khan's jab - he's not good enough. It's all about whether Khan can keep and control distance. Also irrespective of everything Khan is going to have to take something from Maidana he's just got to make sure he's not walking straight into it at the very least.

I wouldn't bet on Khan or Maidana. Who knows Khan could catch him cold and destroy him in a round which is just as likely as Maidana doing the same.

khan can win this fight but he needs a chin to win it, maidana surprised me with his countering ablity against ortiz and he aint slow like some people thinks especially hand speed, foot speed aint that fast but he makes up for it by cutting off the ring alot better
