So since u believe 24/7 will help this fight do big numbers then HBO should do that then, but for whatever reason I'm sure they wont, I wonder why, hmmm?

400K buys and that is seriously pushing it. Neither have big buzzes right now. When diaz was the ring champ and was on his streak and Marquez was comming of the Pac fights...maybe I could see 600K...maybe. But Marquez was dominated in front of a million people, and alot of people saw Diaz lose to garbage @ss Malignaggi...so that is in the back of a lot of fans mind. IMO that hurts both as far as selling this fight, and now that I think about it....look for it to do 150-300k buys.

I'm thinking more like 70,000, this is just a bad idea, some criticize the Floyd-JMM fight as milking Mexican fans but IMO, this is milking Mexican fans, the rest if the boxing world in unintrested.

Besides, Marquez won their initial fight convincingly so not sure what a PPV rematch is for, this is the equivalent of Floyd fighting Hatton again......why????

This fight will do about 100K. The same number that Marquez's PPV w/ Casamayor did. Marquez also did 400K w/ Pac. Good number, but nowhere near the 1.1M he did w/ Floyd.

If they gave this fight a 24/7 and the kind of marketing hype that HBO does for mayweather, this fight would do at least 1 million buys.

                Period.
                You crazy, Jack.

I haven't been able to sleep since after JMM vs DIAZ 1. I can't eat, drink or think straight. I'm in so much anticipation and excitement for JMM vs DIAZ 2 it's ruining my daily life. I will pay over a 100 to see the fight of this century

I think thats lame as well....boxing is my fav sport but its gettin' hard to explain to the casuals why certain fights happen and so forth....like it was very hard to explain to some Ghanian chicks why Clottey was fighting the p4p king when he just lost to Cotto .....I guess its all about the mighty dollar and NOTHING else
