I am a floyd fan but let me just say this.....if floyd thought he could beat a juiced up pacquiao he would drop these demands but that is not the case. He cares about cleaning up the sport but 90% of this is about fighting a clean pacquiao. Floyd should stop saying I want to clean up the sport and say this " I THINK that manny pacquiao is a dirty fighter and I want him to submit to usada drug testing so I can be sure he will be clean for our fight, if he doesnt take the test I will assume he takes PED's"
