What can you summarise from it: He will take the test, but not close to to the fight because he feels Floyd has a advantage having blood drawn because he can recover better.

It no different from what I said before, it all goes back to the reason he posed after the Morales fight.

If Manny agrees to the testing,great, if he does not fully agree, which is where we are at now, either come to a compromise, 16 or 17 days whatever or just drop the testing altogether and stick to the standard ones which 99% of the rest fighter goes through.
