Areolla: Probably Jameel Mcline, coming in off a 1-3 record in his last 4 fights, and who promptly retired after the areolla fight

by the way Mcline hurt Areolla badly at one point

Johnson: aged 30 years, Johnson is certainly no spring chicken, yet his resume is worse than many fighters in the early 20's Devin Vargas is probably Johnsons best win, yes vargas who boxrec have 115th in the world!

I'd just rank 'em based on who would win between the 2. Arreola would KO Johnson in round 1. A week later after Johnson woke up he'd slap Arreola like a girl and run around like he was the best fighter of all time.

Arreola has some decent KO wins over Minto, Walker, Witherspoon, Garcia, Wills, Hayes and Tann.

Some of them were ranked in the BoxRec top 30 when he fought them (Witherspoon, Minto, Walker, Wills were all around #25 as I recall). Some were undefeated at the time (Wills and Witherspoon) others had only one loss.

Many were in their prime, not old: Wills, Witherspoon, Walker etc.

Arreola is several leagues above Kevin Johnson - be fair.

I also think he's better than anyone Haye has ever fought, and could potentially give Haye himself a small slice of hell were they to square off.

He's had only 4 world title fights:

1) Mormeck (a shot fighter after his wars with O'Neil Bell)
2) Maccarinelli, who has since been KOed by Lebedev and the feather-fisted Afolabi
3) Old slow ponderous Nicolay Valuev who he promised to KO but didn't deliver
4) Past-prime inactive old John Ruiz.

Only one was a bum, the other three were OLD and slow.
