    How old is this guy?

How much did he really see of fighters from 50s? If he was in his adulthood in the 50s and could properly judge fighters from that era, how is he still fit to have a keen eye for today's fighters?

    Are they his daddy's heroes?

I call bull**** on yet another historian who wants to disrespect all of today's fighters.

Thats why Im not mad at Floyd saying he is the best ever. All the historians want to **** on today's fighters and Floyd is the only one standing up for himself. Just like I wouldnt be mad at Pac if he said he would blow Armstrong out of there.

anyone with brain who has watched floyd since 130 knows he's past his best physically. pac has only been in one war in the last six years. pac is more prime than mayweather.
he was coming in at 144-147 during 130 wtf is your point? he could still fight at lower weights which means he really isnt a welterweight while floyd cant fight below welter which proves he's more of a welterweight than pac. considering floyd's been at welter since 2005 while pac just started fighting legit welters in 2009 its quite a justified statement.

floyd has 41 fights, undefeated, zero wars> pac 57 fights, 3 losses, 2 draws, countless wars.

neither are absolute prime but floyd is closer to his & fighting at his proper weightclass compared to pacquiao.

Something I disagree with is that he praises Floyd athleticism but he does not really seem to think that would help him against guys of yesteryear.

If he is that great of an athlete he should be able to make it translate to success.

Athletes over time get bigger, stronger and faster I have to think that plays in boxing also.

i was using that example to tell you that if pac was coming in as a ww at lightweight years ago what makes you can make 135 now. pac can't make 135 anymore without being drained. freddie roach would tell you that himself. pac is more prime than floyd......floyd has lost alot speed man. just look at the tape.i never said floyd wasn't bigger but its not by as much as you make iit seem. agustus, chavez, chop chop, and ndou weren't wars? gtfoh

augustus who had 16 losses? chop chop who landed one shot & wobbled floyd briefly? ndou? chavez?

wars go both ways. not wipeouts. just because you land a shot that briefly hurts floyd does not make it a "war."

He sounds like a hater and that he looks at the past through rose colored glasses, TBH.
