This was the part of the contract that hindered the fight because Pac never agreed to it, hence why what ESPN reported isn't true.

Roach said they'd take the test but he's a trainer so what he said is irrelevant as is what Roger (a side meth!) and Floyd snr said.

Yeah but that was Mayweather compromising, not Pacquaio. And that was for Pacquiao's benefit. Pacquioa didn't compromise anything. And one thing you seem to forget, both would take the test, not just Pacquiao.

that you are acting as if Floyd asking Manny to take unprecedented random drug tests up until the fight and Manny making sure Floyd doesn't come in overweight for an advantage as the same thing which is utter nonsense and if you don't know that you're moronic.

Let me try this again. Mayweather's drug testing request and Pacquiao's weight penalty request are the same in the sense that they are both demands that go beyond the commission's standard rules. Therefore, you are a hypocrite for saying that Mayweather's request is out of line simply because it goes beyond the commission's standard rules. What part of that is so hard for you to understand? You keep trying to justify Pacquiao's weight penalty demand when his reasoning doesn't matter. Pacquiao has his reasons for wanting the weight penalty, and Mayweather has his reasons for wanting the more stringent drug testing. You don't have to agree with either of their motives, but you have to acknowledge that both requests go beyond the commsision's standard rules. As a unbiased boxing fan I look at it like this: If Mayweather doesn't plan on coming in overweight then he should just agree to Pacquiao's request(which he did), and if Pacquiao is clean like he claims then should just agree to Mayweather's request(which he did not). Not only has Pacquiao not agreed, he(he and his team) has lied and contradicted himself several times.

I already suggested that if Floyd wants OSDT he should appeal to the Commish. He can't just impose it on Pacquiao, because it is unprecedented and Manny does not need to succumb to Floyd's huge ego. If Floyd wants to fight under Commission rules, the fight would be made.

Yet, you don't take this position with Pacquiao and that makes you a hypocrite. Pacquiao doesn't need to petition the commission when he wants to make special requests because he's justified right? You're all such groupies, irrational groupies at that. It's becoming quite obvious that neither Pacquiao or his legion of male groupies who call themselves fans, want any parts of Mayweather. You all are scared to death and you should be ashamed. "Manny doesn't need to succumb to Floyd's huge ego".
