    The defence - promoters

Wow you lot give promoters a hard time! Haha, well i suppose that’s fair enough, but if you stop, and place yourselves in their shoes, you can understand the ‘padding’ of records and the abundance of journeymen and all those power puff punchers.......think about it ladies and gentlemen

If i were a promoter with some good prospects in my stable, there is NO WAY i’d put them in against dangerous opposition until i had earned myself a sizeable fortune from their career first.

Frank would have been scared stiff after the Prescott fight “all that money, and he gets KO’ed in a minute” !

    You’d be scared too.

GoldenBoy, putting Amir in with pillow hands Paulie. Suspect chin vs feather knuckles. Makes sense. Makes sense if you’re a promoter. Take the money, gain more interest in your fighter. The next fight, do it again, but more money, more interest.

Get that car you had an eye on.

I like the look of that penthouse suite....

Chuck your boys in the deep end and it can all crash down around your ears.

Think like a promoter, not like a fan and you get the point.

As a BOXING FAN I’m infuriated sometimes with the opposition talented fighters are put in the ring against.

Were I a promoter I’D BE OVER THE MOON.

    Chaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa-ching !
