The consensus across the board is that he was robbed.

Manny is a great fighter that just happens to be fighting in the same era as Mayweather.

It reminds me of the great Knicks, Jazz and Pacer teams from the 90's that could never win a championship because of Michael Jordan.
while floyd was fighting boys with headgear pac was fighting men for world championships. floyd on that video wouldn't have been able to fight pro.

Who of note did Pac fight in the earlier stages of his career?

Be careful, as Floyd's early resume is widely considered superior to Pacs early resume.

I'd also like to add that Floyd became a champion within 12 months of turning pro, and did so without multiple KO loses.

Why? Was it because he wasn't skilled enough or was it because he wasn't strong enough?

sasakul. And if u ever get to watch him fight in his prime he was a good boxer and a former amteur star, and as apro had a record of 33-1, the lineal champ at flyweight. pac went to the lions den and knocked him out. Thats better than anything floyd did as an amature.
