Morales was already past his prime when he beat Pacquiao the first time. A great fighter's last gasp.
u haven't read my first post.
i said i hate people who said it this way. or just like you did.
morales was on his early 28 when he beat pac, and has only 2 loses.
how could that be past prime?
he showed a lot of chin against pac. which includes converting into a south paw move at round 12.how could that be past prime?
for me that was his peak.
and then after that it was all downhill for him since he also took a beating with pac tight from the first fight.and that was close.

Don't get defensive, I just asked you a question. So after the third Manny fight, he was out of his prime?
yes he was. he got nothing left on the tank, got too much beating, and didn't even take a tune up before the third one. and idk why he keeps fighting up to this moment.

Whatever, dude. Keep pretending Morales wasn't past it and completely drained when he fought Pac the second time. LOL @ you trying to pretend it was his optimal weight. Yeah...when he could make it!

Morales couldn't even make the 130 limit weight for the next fight but good old Freddy Roach put a weight penalty fine in the contract for their fights to he made sure Morales came in dehydrated LOL.

I don't think that was ever in question. The excuses are.

But why didnt he fight Raheem? (Who had just dominated Morales)
you gotta be kidding. if i remember, pac-em1 was pac's first try at 130, now you wanted him to go up right away to LW in less than a year? in hindsight you can say he can do it but not when it was that time.
