Has Senchenko been bumped to full WBA champ status since SSM loss?

Vyacheslav Senchenko has been "ordinary" whatever that means WBA WW champion for about a year and since Shane's loss to Floyd certainly he can't be recognized as a titlist so was he stripped and was Senchenko bumped to lone WBA ww champion or what?

Yeah, He's obviously a good fighter but I think too many european fighters want to keep their title and defend it in Europe rather than go to the US. The Welterweight division is pretty weak aside from Mayweather, Pacquiao and Mosley.

Berto especially should look to unify as he is probably not going to get any big money fights at this time unless he can go down to 140.
