Floyd would not be able to block the punches, he would have to duck and move out of the way, but to land his own punches, he would have to get in the range of Tua at some point

Tua would hurt Floyd with anything he would throw at him, blocked or landed

I thought about this a while ago and came to the same conclusion: Tua doesn't even have to land cleanly, he would probably break Floyd's hands if Floyd tried blocking one of his left hooks. Tua by brutal destruction.
