Well you're right about needing to see Khan against a big puncher, if he can beat Maidana next, and take his shots, then obviously one could make the case that Khan could beat anyone at 140.
Also, as I talked about before I think Khan's chin has improved a lot since Prescott and before. I mentioned how Khan was sparring against stiffs in the UK and since being with Roach he spars against Pacquiao, welterweights and middleweights, i.e bigger strong guys. That toughens up your chin in itself. And of course just getting older and putting on more weight (better conditioning, harder training, etc.) helps.
I don't think he could ever fix his chin altogether, but it's definately improved.
One of the reasons I think Devon can KO Khan is because Devon has a wicked uppercut, as shown against Urango and I think Khan is open for that punch. He keeps his guard high and protects the sides of his face well, but that uppercut can slip through if timed right and if it's fast enough. And devon is certainly a fast and powerful puncher.
