when people talk about pacman/mayweather résumé's they dont talk about the Hatton victories.
Is Floyd and Manny's win over Ricky Hatton diminishing everyday?

Fact is, Hatton would of lost against alot of Elite Fighters in the 147 Division and now 140 let alone the P4P#1's.Comment

Hatton beat Paulie worse IMO with a completley different style too. The fact that hatton beat paulie to the punch all night as a brawler, and forced paulie to try and clinch him for dear life all night is just sad.Comment

Not a fact, an opinion. Like arseholes, everyone has one.
Here's a fact to illustrate the difference:
Hatton lost two fights in his professional career, both against the widely recogised PFP #1 fighters in the world.
and here's an opinion,
Hatton would still spark Katsidis and Khan out.Comment

I agree. The way Ricky beat Paulie still surprises me.Comment

Mayweather didnt even beat a prime Hatton. Hatton circa 2005 at 140 gives him a much, much tougher task. I bet Ricky Hatton 10 years from now will ask himself 'why didnt i look after myself more?' why didnt i change trainer?'Comment

A win over Paulie Malignaggi will mean crap if he has more fights. cause if they are good, he will lose. and then, when his got a record of 29-7, that wouldnt look to good on boxrec would it?
IMO, KO'ing an undeafeted WW Ricky Hatton, was harder then KO'ing that Light WW who had already been knocked out. What did he do when Floyd knocked him out? MORE FOOD, MORE BEER, MAYBE A FEW DRUGS, he said that he couldnt sleep and he was crying like a girl. The lost took so much out of him.
Then he had to go back down to 140, i no he did against Paulie, but its Paulie. He tickles. Then he had to go back down again to fight Fanny Pac.
get what im saying or am i talking ****?
When hatton was his prime he was undefeated. IMO!!!!Comment
