Timothy Bradley is the best. Very, very skilled. Devon Alexander is on the upside after 2 KO wins over good fighters. Victor Ortiz is the most underrated because he was stopped by Maidana, but he's good when he fights smart. Amir Khan is the most overrated now after his win over Malignaggi. He showed his skills, but he's not going to have much success with a chin like that.

best right now? Devon Alexander ( 2 belts)

Most Upside? Devon Alexander ( only 23, better chin than Khan)

Most under rated? Kendall Holt

Most over rated? Marcos Maidana (still good tho)

Who is the best right now? I think Bradley is the best right now. Just seems right above the others right now.

Who has the most upside? Alexander. I think hes the most complete fighter.

Who is the most underrated? I think everyone pretty much knows the potential and talent of all the top guys so I don't think anybody's too underrated anymore. Everyone knows Bradley has a lot of skill and is at the top right now. Devon was for a while until he KO'd Urango and woke people up. Amir Khan is a absolute complete boxer, just chin is still suspect for now.But who knows, maybe Khan's chin will be the most underrated and with his complete ability, out boxes the rest of them?

Who is the most overrated? I think we'll find out when they fight if one losses a lot of the big fights. Cant wait for these fights to get started. Should be badass.

i think bradley has become overrated due to the fact that everybody thinks he's so underratedley good.

I think its between khan & alexander. bradley has physical limitations his height & lack of ko power will get him beat against khan & devon.

it would be even better if marquez went to 140 after diaz & pac after his fight with floyd. how great would that be?

Timothy Bradley is the best 140 at the moment. H2H right now, I'd take him over anyone. I think he would find a way to beat anyone as of right now.

Alexander has the most upside right now to me. He has more size than Bradley, is younger so he has more room to improve, good power, good skills, and he's a southpaw. I get the odd feeling some think that he could be the one to maybe step to Floyd in the future. And Ortiz says hello, because he got plenty of upside too.

Khan is under rated a little to me, or at least he was. The only thing that might keep him from Bradley/Alexander true elite status is his chin.

No one really. Maybe Maidana.

Maidana. His claim to fame was beating Ortiz. And he didn't beat Ortiz by being a better fighter. Ortiz bitched out in a fight he was winning and probably going to win.
