yep, I caught that too. Must have patched things over with Richard Schaefer. He didn't seem too lively though. Usually he's screaming and hollering, just was sitting still for the most part.

until the end, where he was urging the ref to end the fight like many in the crowd.

It does have to do with money too....I mean almost nobody watched Hopkins-Jones 2 and fewer will watch Hopkins again unless he goes for a Heavyweight title shot against a guy like Adamek, Klitschko, even D. Haye... which isn't gonna happen, he fights Chad Dawson which he won't do, or he fights Floyd Mayweather Jr. at 160..... So why let the man risk his health (he looked TERRIBLE against Jones) for like no money. The only fighter who does that is Holyfield, and even Hopkins-Holyfield would be a **** fight for no money.

I think what Hopkins did that little charade was childish

Hopkins should stop crying, if he was REALLY his own man how he claims he is he could have gotten a fight on his own, he could have gone over to Canada and throw the Canadian flag on the floor to bait Bute. him not getting a fight has more to do with his own lack of searching and playing the position he was given by Golden Boy which is no one's fault but his own
