Main Events and Top Rank agreed to have two seperate press conferences. Gatti was supposed to go first, Vivian Harris would follow. That would have given Gatti enough time to leave by the time Floyd's press conference was scheduled to start.

Floyd showed up early and predictably crashed Gatti's press conference. He immediatley walked in and took his shirt off, flexed his muscles to the crowd and tried to steal the show. Gatti spoke for maybe three minutes and ended his speech with "Mayweather, I'm knockin you the **** out on Saturday". Gatti headed towards the exit after those comments. Floyd immediatley jumped up and begged Gatti to say that to his face. "Say it to my face, bum!" is exactly what Floyd said.

Shortly after, Floyd talked to the media and told everyone how easy Gatti will be. After that it was Vivian Harris' turn to talk. He immediatley jumped on the mic and told all in attendance that Floyd ducked him three times. Floyd then ran up on the stage and jumped in Vivian's face telling him "I've never seen you fight. They traded a few more words and that was pretty much it...
