Marquez already Ko'd the two guys that beat Kats. Nothing to gain for JMM, especially since Casamayor TKo'd Kats & Marquez Ko'd Casamayor.

Tuneup fight for JMM and on to other things as his career winds down, unless J Diaz is able to surprise.
