And, it should be easy to get done since both are Golden Boy fighters.

Yeah, Marquez needs to get back in the game. He's been out for nearly a year...and by fight time if it gets done it will be a year atleast

But I agree. Make it happen after he dispatches Diaz in 5 rounds.

For those of you who say Marquez has been out too long, **** YOU.

The man deserves a break after being cheated by his promoter and by the Fraud. Not to mention before taking this break he was one of the most active fighters around.

Marquez is rematching Diaz on July 31st. So he wont be inactive by the time a Katsidis fight comes around I hope.

I was thinking about that but most likely it wont be until early 2011 because Marquez would want at least a solid 5 months between after the Diaz fight. But well see.

Katsidis is an animal. It would be interesting to see how Marquez would cope with his constant pressure style. JMM is excellent with guys who come staight at him without using jabs and lateral movement. Katsidis defence is much improved but I still think his style would give alot of oppurtunities for Marquez to counter him. It's just a matter of what Marquez can do at this age, Im not convinced he will get past Diaz. I see that being a tough fight for him much like the first one....

Marquez is getting on man... i don't think LW is his best weight either this could be a real war. I think Marquez is precise and hits hard enough to really **** up Kastidas face something bad though and get a stoppage
